One way the Finance & Business Operations Division uses continuous improvement is to invite community members and other Lean Practitioners to see the great work we are doing and to receive feedback on what we could improve. Monthly tours hosted by Lean Leaders in FBOD tell of our Lean Journey since 2012 and how we use Leader Standard Work to move us forward in our improvement work.
Please join us on the "Launching Lean Thoughtfully" tour to learn about our Lean Journey and help the success of our initiative by providing feedback based on your own Lean experiences.
